Conference coaches from the War Eagle Conference have met and selected the All-War Eagle Conference volleyball teams for the recently completed season.
Coverage area schools South O’Brien and MMCRU are members of the War Eagle Conference and were represented with the Wolverines’ sophomore hitter Raegan Plagge receiving first team accolades. Plagge led her team in kills with 94. She also led South O’Brien in blocks with 22.5 (6 solo, 33 assisted), and finished the season serving 88 percent (144-164) with 14 aces.
South O’Brien finished its 2024 season with a match record of 8-16 overall. Also selected was the Wolverines senior setter Ashlynn Gunnerson to the second team, and junior Reese Farquhar was honorable mention.
MMCRU wound up with a 8-16 overall match record. senior Breanna Staab was recognized as a second team selection. Sophomore Tia Tentinger was honorable mention for the Royals.
